RETURN POLICY
We hope you love all your purchases from Dally Lou, but we understand that things do happen and you may need to make a return.
Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns for store credit or 70% refund (not including shipping) within 14 days of your order’s arrival date.
Request a Return:
Email info@shopdallylou.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and reason for return. Please specify if you prefer store credit or a refund.
Conditions for Returns:
To qualify, items must be unworn and in original condition, tags attached, free from makeup, stains, deodorant, perfume, or other odors.
After 14 days, we’re unable to accept returns.
If an item is returned with signs of wear or damage, we cannot issue store credit. Should you wish to have the item sent back to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for lost packages, but you can be refunded for a lost package by USPS if you use USPS Priority service.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit once we receive your item back.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. ANY ITEM THAT IS LISTED IN THE “SALE” SECTION IS FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. ADDITIONALLY, ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNT OF 25% OFF OR MORE ARE FINAL SALE.
Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps within 14 days of receiving your order:
1- Initiate a Return - Submit a return request following the instructions provided in our Return Policy.
2- Receive Store Credit - Once the return is processed and approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the value of the returned item, minus any applicable shipping fees.
3- Repurchase Your Desired Item - Use your store credit to purchase the desired item separately through the shopdallylou.com website or any other available channelsPlease note that we do not offer direct exchanges or refunds. The store credit issued can be used exclusively for future purchases.
